Repairs

good day I am just about fed up with Telkom, have outstanding queries for about 3 months and they keep on being closed and not being resolved, don't know how many times I have had to call back to check and open a new fault because an old one was closed. latest was talking to a lady Sebu on *** assume technician asking if our line is working and advised not but later received an sms that fault fixed yet again when it has not. I fax is down, lines are down and yet we expected to pay rental and this is a business line but people cant get through to us, and INFOCAPE as well is useless. FED UP> HERAEUS
