Repaired line fault promptly

Upon returning home after a long break overseas, the phone was not working - at all. I called 10210 and explained the problem and after the usual "oh well, if its not our side that's the problem then there's a charge of 300-odd Rand", I asked them to call round.

They came within 48 hours, and repaired the problem very quickly and effectively and thus far everything is fine. Well done to Telkom on this occasion.
