Repaired cell phone lost
On the 7/6/2015 I took my 6 month old Telkom iphone cell phone in for repairs. I filled in the necessary documents and the phone was sent in for warranty repair. I went into the branch on numerous occasions and sent numerous emails but no one is able to tell me where the phone is or give me any answers. It is clear the phone has been lost and I need a replacement.
