Repaira phone, disconnect internet

We have been with Telkom Internet about two months, paying on time, always. The landline and internet have never worked together. Either the phone works, or the internet, but never both. We have tried to call Telkom numerous times but only got answer ONCE. They came to fix the phone today. Now the landline works but the internet is OFF. He came back later, but, THEN AGAIN, left the internet OFF. He hasn't returned. We have been on hold for over an hour with no answer. Needless to say, this is PATHETIC.

COME AND FIX IT NOW!! Telkom is THE worst service provider we have EVER experienced. If this is not fixed IMMEDIATELY, we want a refund and Telkom can stick it's none-existig service...
