REPAIR UNDER WARRANT

I booked in my phone last month due to a crack screen, I phoned the call centre and was advised that my warranty expires in a year so my phone will be fixed as the warranty covers for crack screen and water damage, I received an sms stating that my device has been Deemed Out Of Warranty and I need to pay..***, There is no number that I can call, your useless call centre giving me different stories and telling me that I need to go to the store that I booked it in to get feedback!!Really???WHY are there phones, I must leave my job and go to Telkom in Westgate, they don't even answer there phone, this is not helpful at all, you'll are sending sms's with no contact numbers, every sms says a agent will contact you but they don't, ever since my phone was booked in, no one kept me in the loop...
