Repair to Telkom line

My telkom line is now down for almost a week & each time we call Telkom they bull**** about cable theft & they not going to replace the cable & ask us to move over to wireless. Currently people I know with the wireless system are totally dissatisfied as well. It will be greatly appreciated if u could get them to sort out my line, as this has inconvenienced me tremendously.
