Repair taking more than a month

On 14/12/15 reported a fault, which was adsl and phone not working. Got a Ref 113ATK141215 haven't seen a technician or anyone.<br> <br> Escalated the fault more than once, ref 437782, ref 443565 still nothing happened.<br> <br> What is point in paying for a service you can't use? And then Telkom wants payment for the line rental or you get slapped with interest???
