Repair taking more than 2 weeks

<p>When I came back from holiday on the 13th of January my telephone line was hanging on the ground in my backyard. I reported it on the morning of 16 January in business hours. It is now the 27th and no one has even been to my house to look at the problem!! This mean I have been without internet and my telephone for 14 days no. Such bad service and when I call they just say its in progress.</p>
