repair center gave me odd device and i

i recently upgraded to a P10, with in a month i sent my phone in for repairs, telkom called me and notified me that my device was repaired and ready for collection, having received my phone, i noticed the device was totally different, i called customer care who referred me to the repair center and three days later my calls are still not going through. this is extremely poor from telkom who at this point in time i cant differentiate from the local corner cell repair shop,
