Repair blunders. They damaged device

Utterly disgusting. I send a device in for a battery repair and the sealed device is returned not closed up after repair and with minor scratches from the tools used and at the back.<br> <br> On collection of the device it was not closing properly and had minor scratches from the repair TRJ002421. I did not take the device and it was re booked. The new job number is TRJ003379.<br> <br> The problem now is that the device is out of warranty for no reason given. Why does this have to happen? We are being charged subscription and data not carrying over. For what? Why?
