Rep off and dissatisfied

Telkom is seriously a joke @telkom I’m ****ed angry and frustrated with them I took a contract with them end of September and was advised that my first billing will be high and was stated on the contract, my first billing is due on the last day of October 2019 now I woke up today only to find out my services have been suspended I call customer service this morning spoke to a supervisor named shaman mo***o she tells my that they have suspended my service due to my credit score, then I asked why did y’all approved my application if my credit score was not good enough I did not receive any answer, I then asked for ombudsman number they didn’t wanna give it to me I was on hold for 30 minutes then they gave me a number I called the number it doesn’t exist.

I made another call this afternoon spoke to William Tsolo I asked to speak to shaman or to have the number for the ombudsman he then put me on hold for 45 minutes then he disconnected my call I called again then this person didn’t want to identify themselves and disconnected the call.

These big companies think we as consumers we are stupid and don’t know our rights or who to report to

They are full of false advertising and are ripping us off this must come to an end

Today it’s the 6th day still no reconnections Their response was this -Hi Gabriel, please be assured that this matter has been escalated to the relevant department and feedback will follow.^CN

-How long must I wait without my services -3rd day without my services

-Hi Gabriel, we apologize for delayed response. Please note system still shows that your account is suspended because you have reached over your credit limit which is R3,296.00. Your total due amount is R3573.00. So for your account status to be able to change from suspension your total due need to be less than your spending limit. ^LK

-That’s crazy this money is due end of the month according to the contract

-Hi Gabriel, yes that is true. But for your account to be opened your amount due must be lower than your spending limit.^LK

-That’s not on my contract -You guys will hear from my attorneys I’m putting a lawsuit against you, you not complying with CPA and NCA
