Rental line out of order a week later still not assigned to a techniciam

My internet and phone line has been out of order for more than 1 week when contacting Telkom they state it has not been assigned to a technician as yet. I have received and escalation number not that that is of much help I have requested speaking to a senior manager and there is always excuses as to why I cant and the senior manager will phone me back - I have yet to receive a call Telkom then want me to rate their service I said the service is non existence

If payment of your account is not made on due date you are charged interest and maybe even disconnection yet they do not come to the party when repairs are requested
