I am waiting for your Retentions Department to get back to us. Despite several e-mails, phone calls, us having to buy more data due to you issuing an inferior package to what we previously had we are yet to get some help from Telkom... Pls could someone in a management position in Retentions contact us and assist us. We have been dealing with Khanyisile Maphanga from your Retentions Department - last correspondence from this person dates back to 12/02/2015 despite us mailing twice since then for feedback. We await your call.
