Renewal of Postbox licence : R500pa for a box that gets mostly advertising material

Renewal of Postboxes. The website to renew online is down. The phone number provided - the call centre cannot renew for you and cannot tell you when the website will be up again. Their advice is: go to the post office, stand in the COVID infested queue, and renew. Sorry, I'm too old for this awful service. Why do they even advertise that renewal can be done on line!!! Note to advertisers : why bother, your fliers are all discarded anyway.
