Renewal of Contract in 15minutes or less

I have to say when I was parking to go into the mall I wasn't expecting to be back in my car 15 minutes later. I stood in line for perhaps 5-8 minutes then has greeted with a smile at the enquiries desk, where I was directed to Sibongile to assist me. <br> <br> I showed her my sms indicating that my contract was due for renewal and she immediately knew what to do, I didn't feel ignored or talked around at all during her assistance, we even discussed that the contract I have is very competitive compared to other cellular providers offerings.<br> <br> Then after about 7 minutes she smiles says everything will be ready by midnight and I left. <br> <br> I'll be honest this isn't the first good experience I've had with the team in Greenstone Mall and I would definitely recommend visiting them for any and all Telkom Mobile needs. I've never been let down by their well informed, professional and welcoming attitude.
