removed my number from network while I was just cancelling the contract

<p>I have asked Telkom to cancel my contract and change my number to pay as you go. Now they cancelled my contract, but they removed my number from the network as well. I don't know why they have to do that????? Now I can not make or receive phone calls for 7 days now. I have phoned them to reinstate my number last Saturday my reference number is 20***700, and phoned them again this Wed. I don't know when is my number will be reinstated, I have being using this number for 14 years now, and I don't want to lose this number. It is really annoying. </p>
