Remove the poll!!!!!

I havent used my telkom line for over 3 years as telkom did not want to fix my line.as i am building on my own property they refuse to remove the pole in my yard.people should charge telkom for there pole on the property.ived called since thr 8th of last month.no feedback.your call center agents have no idea what they are doing.still no call nor feedback
