Remove telkom account in my credit score account

After all the hassle I had with telkom asking them to fix the wrongful billing issue, I received a call to ensure me that it was fixed and the account will be removed from my credit score account. This morning I received a report for this month and to my surprise, the account is still there and the amount I owe according to them has gone up! Guys this is totally wrong, my score was 650 and now its standing on 618 all because of the "missed payments" of telkom which I didn't even use their services. I'm really tired of complaining 😭💔
