removal of telephone pole from my property

On the 07 january 2015 I phoned telkom to ask them to remove the telephone pole from my property as I am in the process of doing renovations.It took me over an hour to get through and when I did they could assist me and gave me a number for a private person who use to do the removal of the poles.I phoned him and he said he does not do it anymore and he has been getting numerous calls for the same complaint and that telkom must remove it,I then phoned telkom back and they gave me a reference no and a technicain came out and told me that he will get the contractors to remove it but uptil today nothing has been done and when I query it I can't get answers.Now I got 2 reference no's which is *** an ***.Please assist me because telkom seems to be incompertant and this pole was put on my property without my permission.
