Removal of credit default

I don’t even know why I’m even giving them 1 star because they don’t deserve it. Telkom handed over my account to VVM attorneys. They total amount that I had to pay was R39 000. The amount was settled on the 8th of January. Till this day Telkom has not lifted my name from the credit bureau listing. I can’t do anything. My employer wants me to buy a car and I can’t do this if I’m still listed. I have called so many times begging them and crying asking them to remove my name from the credit listing. Telkom continues to ignore all my emails and my queries. Recently I spoke to Modise Maabane who said that they will get VVM attorney’s to remove my name from the credit default. I then called VVM and they told me that Telkom is the one that has to remove the credit default as they are the ones that listed me. I then spoke to Gugu who was not really helpful! She told me that she doesn’t know anyone in the the Telkom credit department and she has taken my issue up to management and the manager or her manager will sort it out. I requested to speak to the supervisor then Gugu told me that she doesn’t know know people that work in their accounts department.ive sent messages on twitter and I was told by BK that Telkom will contact me and they still haven’t. I’ve begged so many times! I’ve cried I’m even developing anxiety because I know I’m going to lose my job if I do get a car like my employer asked. I feel mentally and emotionally abused by Telkom. There’s nothing as painful as knowing that you are being ignored for something you have a right to. I am writing this in tears. I’ve ran out of hope and faith! I am emotionally drained
