Remain useless

I complained here a month ago about their pathetic service on our uncapped adsl line. As I predicted, they called immediately! And what fascinates me, is the fact that they got the line to be extremely fast for the evening while we were on the call from them!! We couldn't believe it. The next day it slowed down, and the following day it was useless again. I mailed Moenieb, who asked me to get back to him on Monday. 2 Weeks later I receive a call from Telkom to ask if I am happy!! I compalin again. To date? Nothing, no call, email, no technician... NOTHING! But how did they make it so fast for a day and not keep it like that? Nobody can answer me! And no one knows why it slowed down again!! And no one has done anything about it since then either.... So I repeat myself: Telkom are absolutely abominable, useless, and clueless!
