Reluctance to cancel
I cancelled my LTE contract In January after my obligatory 2 year period via the cancellation form. After completing this archaic form, scanning it and sending it to the correct email address I was assured it would be cancelled.
I even confirmed this over the phone with an agent and sent it to the agent personally - who even acknowledged receipt thereof.
Yet still I receive invoices every month from Telkom.
I have stopped the debit order at the bank ages ago. All I ask is that you process a cancellation that is three months old and stop sending me invoices.
This is in breach of TCF principle 6 by creating post-sale barriers.
Please contact me soonest to rectify the matter.

25 May 2018, 10:15Good day,
I have resent my cancellation letter multiple times and your mailboxes are full. There was one mailbox where it went through.
Telkom proceeded to debit R2500 off my account today. I will be reversing this again.
Please, for the love of God, can someone please just cancel this contract? I have done nothing wrong and cancelled at the right time.
