Relocation Telkom Service Pole out of my Premises

Report ***<br> <br> For years Telkom have had a telephone pole within my premises. All my neighbouring houses who have problems with their phone lines have a direct link to this service pole. When ever there is a problem the Telkom technicians have to come into my premises to trouble shoot. The pole recently snapped and i asked them now that it has broken for them to relocate it out my premises. Instead they just want to replace the pole. I denied them access to my premises until i got confirmation they would move it. Instead they cut my telephone line making as if there was a fault on the line to the extent that i had no choice for them to replace the pole in order for them to restore my line. They used the excuse that there was a fault and it would need to be tested. the Technician resolved the \So Called Fault"without even coming to my house after numerous amount of times calling the Call Centre!!<br> <br> This is direct manipulation of a client to get something fixed on their own accord"
