Relocation Nightmare due to Incompetence

My Company relocated in July 2017, on the 12th June 2017 i logged a call requesting the relocation of my lines. On the 27th June a tech came out and advised that there is an issue with the exchange, it will take a few days to resolve, a week later and nothing happened, so i called the relocations dept, they advised that its still being dealth with, after another 2 weeks of calling nothing was resolved, i logged more queries, turns out the fault was on the system but no one allocated the fault to a que, after another week of calling i was told that the fault had to be logged by the technical dept so i logged another fault, i explained my issue that i was relocating and there was a problem with the exchange, only for the technician to go to my old premises, i was then told i need to log a query with sales, so i did that only to be told there is a network problem that was .logged on the 28th July and it has not been attended to so the query has to start the process again. it has been 6 weeks without a business line and Telkom has no answers. the call centres cant log faults completely, the techs are going to wrong addesses, its absolutely unacceptable, my business is suffering as a result.

i am yet to receive any response from anyone at Telkom, i was told on the 18th August that a technician will be out to site on the 21st, unless he was invisible i didn't see any technician, i have requested over and over again that all i require is my business land line, i don't need an ISDN line, i don't know what is so complicated. it cant's take 11 weeks to relocate a line, especially a business line, and the funniest thing is i am receiving a telkom bill as usual like i had the services for the last 2 month!!!!
