RELOCATION

So... it has been 3 fffffff weeks and still no call from a Telkom technition to relocate my line from Potch to Pretoria? Now I know this is Telkom and they couldn't care less about their customers and that is why I called in advance. I am paying every month like the sad South African hoping for service but still less that nothing co-operation. This company is the best example of no customer satisfaction. I can't remember a time someone did not complain about this place. So yeah guess I am stuck in waiting for this joke to happen. And the best is they couldn't care less about reviews because nothing changes. So thank you so much for absolutly f all. Have a good day
