relocate my phone

hi I have a complain with telkom, been with them for a while .... no we moved to a new house same town same area just around the corner .... put a request to relocate my phone and we have adsl also with them no the tell me there are no ports in my area so they cant help me anymore by im paying for a service and dont get a services my line us still active... whar must I do because the sy they deliver a servi to clients but they don't
