Release of ADSL line to holding pool

<p>I am desperately trying to release my ADSL line to the holding pool. I have submitted the initial request in March already, but of course it was never processed. I have now contacted the call centre 5 times, and no result. One of the operators gave me a direct email address so that she can escalate the situation, but I haven't even recieved a single reply from her ********** I have proof of all correspondence. This is completely unacceptable. I need ADSL to consult my business, and I am now forced to pay for a service that I am not using. The level of incompetence is absolutely shocking. </p>
