Release my adsl line

<p>I would like telkom to release my adsl line, so I can use another Internet service provider. It's been a week now, after I filled out the forms and sent it to them. Still no feedback. I would like to move to axxess as my service provider, but they can't control my line unless telkom releases it. </p> <p>Regards </p>
