Rejection Payment Penalties

I have had a device contract with Telkom for 2 years, the contract recently came to an end, and everytime when they are to debit my account they do it on a different date, and apparently this is making me get charged more for payment rejection on a different date. I would never advise anyone or business to take a contract with Telkom.
