Rejection fee that is not due to my error

I’ve taken out a sim contract with Telkom with the first debit order going off in August 2021. I’ve noticed that the debit order did not go through mid August and as I reviewed my statement on the telkom app, it reflected that the debit order bounced. Telkom did inform me on the day of signing the contract that if the debit order bounces due to insufficient funds, I will be charged a rejection fee. At the time and date of the debit order I had more than sufficient money in my account so the reason for the bounced debit order was clearly not due to my error. I’ve been struggling ever since to get feedback from telkom. Ive spoken to 2 telkom consultants who both requested that I send them proof of sufficient balance in my bank account on the date of the debit order. Ive sent numerous follow up emails to Siphanmandla at telkom with no feedback. I’ve sent through my bank statement to another telkom consultant whom I spoke to and no feedback. This morning when I sent ANOTHER follow up email, the server notified me that the recipient’s inbox is full and cannot receive any more emails. What kind of customer service is this TELKOM? Now I have debt that reflects on my name that isn’t even my fault. I refuse to pay that fee since I was not in error. If this problem does not get resolved I will have no choice as to involve local authorities
