Rejection fee mess

Based on customer service and experience, I would not recommend anyone to join Telkom. From limited coverage to unfair billing. I paid my Telkom account early in December to avoid the debit order bouncing, only to be charged a rejection fee of R202 on debit order date. First contact I received from customer service was not a clear explanation as to why a fee was charged. I'm very unhappy with this network provider
