Rejection fee is more then the installment!!

Am I the only one that was not told of a rejection fee of over R300 when you miss your payment? Regardless of the amount. Telkom, you guys can call me and threaten me with lawyers, I will not pay that R500 for the R40 you did not get in my account. I was told by the cellc consultants what will happen if I don't pay. And I am happy with their services. The call center is also helpful. How many times did your consultants drop the line when I requested to cancel, now the others wanna tell me that I should have canceled as if it's my fault. That R500 can pay other debt or add to my food not your greedy ass.
