REJECTED REFUND CASE

@TelkomZA telkom is ******** me. I took a contract with them around March for a laptop however did not receive it so I went there after 2 months since the store at gateway was rejecting my calls only to find out that the contract was canceled without my consent. gateway Telkom shop managers hide behind employees all the f#n time I've been up and down trying to get help with this and they're failing me big time. I'm really tired of this nonsense ..since March. I'm experiencing the worst services they're even rejecting my calls and I have not recieved my refund of R3200 till today! I've tried going to the shop a hundred times and they've been failing to assist me with this issue however they're good at pushing their customers to call center agents because they're useless and cant do their jobs esp management, and the agents do the worst whereby they're always opening endless cases which help with absolutely nothing!! TELKOM IS MY BIGGEST REGRET
