Reinstated service not activated and no answer from call-centre

I requested the reinstatement of my account on 22/01/18, and to date my service is still not activated. Order no: ********** 06. I call the call-centre (10213) EVERY SINGLE DAY and hold on for hours at a time, but my call is NEVER answered. PLEASE can someone tell me what is happening!!!! Very FRUSTRATED.
