Reinstate of my accout, whereas I paid

On the 28 September 2015, Telkom mobile deducted R4600.80 into my Business account and they told me my line will be activated after 72 working hours, and its more than that, they haven't open my line. And am loosing lot of Business. I called them numerous times promising to do it, I even sent emails more than 5times up to no responce. I want to know case like this what can I do????
