Reinstate cell Phone number

Telkom deleted my cell number. I have asked them to reinstate it since December last year. I was given a case number ***3 which they closed without reinstating my number. It was a "Volani" that closed the case number. I have also spoken to (excuse my spelling of the names - "Timbekhele", "Nompumbelo" And now recently "Confidence" All say they will email Volani to rectify the problem. Yet still I wait..
