Regretting Taking A Phone Contract With Telkom

So I have a phone contract with Telkom and they were not debiting my account even though I called to ask if they have the correct payday date, which was correct. They debited my account and later on refunded me with the debited amount, which I later on saw when it was the second month and Telkom is trying to debit double the amount even worse, before our agreed debit order date. this went on until the third month I decided to pay online, only for them to debit my account the following day with an additional R3314.62 after I have paid R4419.50 online. I tried to get a refund to no luck, worse their email that's online does not work. this is now messing up with my credit score as I cannot pay for my other bills since my money is all tied up with Telkom. I'm very disappointed. Never take a phone contract with them, I regret even thinking they have the best deals.
