Regret signing up with telkom

Pathetic service from telkom.. people dont know what they doing... staff are useless.. 3 weeks trying to sort out phone to receive a damn call.. 6 visits to the store on 6 different days... all offline.. staff states they forgot to dispatch complaint 2 weeks ago .. now need to wait another 72 working hours... **** **** **** service.
