regret moving from vodacom to telkom worst mistake

I Really Regret Moving my contract over from vodacom to telkom in 2016 i took out a contract with telkom which took a few days to get an approval and over 2 weeks to get my device thinking i am an existing contract holder on the 15 july 2018 i visited a telkom brunch to take out a new contract thinking it would be quick and easy as i already got a contract with them we did the application and i was promised a call by 18 july 2018 still no call was received visited he branch on the 19 july 2018 and get told its still in process i will receive a call by the 21 july 2018 what is so strange is that you an existing account holder your payments are done on time but it takes telkom 1 week to approve you for a contract and now i wonder how long will it take to get stock of the device this is so unprofessional for such a big company. before moving over to telkom i had contracts with vodacom even thou u paying abit more i honestly think i worth every cent you get quick responses you get your approval and devices within the promised time. this will be my last contract with telkom i just cant stand there service.
