Regret I sat my foot in telkom

I regret the day I sat my foot in telkom store I app**** for a laptop n it was not approved then to my surprise I got a January invoice saying I owe them n I called customer service and they said they will cancel the non existing contract I lost count of how many times I called them to cancel it bt this morning my account was debited for what good reason I don't know n they are telling me that I need to wait 72 hours before they refund me but it took them 2 minutes to debit my account. I will never ever recommend telkom to anyone.
