Regret ever signing on the dotted line

<p>People always talk about Telkom being a good service provider, however i regret ever signing that contract,</p> <p>i took out a wifi deal with them, everything was fine for the first month, took it out in March it worked properly, the problem started mid April, May , June and now its July but still no one has bothered to contact or help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>the wifi they gave me is faulty and does not connect at all, they dont have a problem deducting their money month end, however when it comes to providing me with what i am paying for i have to wait.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have been to several Telkom branches and they all say the same thing,</p> <p>that there is a billing problem and they will mail the billing department, however still nothing..</p> <p>i have been paying every month even showed statements.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am beyond angry at this point,</p> <p>Telkom is the worst service provider ever, when i say i want to cancel the damn contract, they throw in there cancellation fees for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>i know they wont respond...</p> <p>i am definately taking this further.</p> <p> </p> <p>L Magwaza.</p>
