Regret doing any business with Telkom!

Telkom is the ABSOLUTE WORST! I signed up for data bundles and a ****le. After 2 months of not using the simcards, they deactivated the numbers of which I only found out when calling them asking why the internet wasn’t working. They deactivated my numbers, yet I was still paying for this every month.

A few months go by, I request to cancel all data contracts. Considering a 30 day notice. 3 months later after multiple back and forth emails asking them why they still haven’t cancelled the numbers, my account is still being debited. I absolutely regret doing business with them. And need to know how I can get my refund for these months they debited my account even after requesting the cancellation.
