Regless Lending

I recently discovered that Telkom is allowing my 14 year old daughter to buy advance airtime ***). In my opinion this is a form of offering credit and shouldn't be given to minors. I see this as regless lending since my is not working and affordability assessment was not done before allowing her to purchase airtime advance. I engaged Telkom on the matter on August 16th between 12:50 and 13:01 but they told me my daughter is my responsibility and I'm the one who bought her a smart phone not them. I think Telkom is irresponsible and encouraging our kids to be dependent on credit from a very young age. I want telkom to disactivate airtime advance on my kids cell phone numbers, *** and ***.
