Refusing to Repair my iPhone 6

Hi!

I'm real disappointed on the way Telkom Mobile is dealing with my case. My iPhone 6, just went off and it could not switch back on. It was book in for repair on the 28/08/2015.

On the 07/09/2015 I received an SMS with Ref No: TRL006527 saying my iPhone 6 is out of warranty and has been quoted for R4 741.91 incl VAT to repair it. This was real stranger because I bought the phone on 13/02/2015, I then went to the branch to query this. The branch confirm that the phone was bought on the 13/09/2015, then I was tool that they will send the repair center an e-mail notifying them that the phone is still on warranty.

On 10/09/2015 I received a call from Telkom with a different reason, now they are saying I have to pay the same amount above because my phone screen got some crack even the Job Card confirm that. This was very sad to me because I knew that my phone never had any crack or scratch on it.

The guy who helped me to book the phone denied any damages to my phone he said the phone was on good condition and that what he captured in which I also have a copy.

On 15/09/15 I received another sms saying now I have to pay R188 for them checking or opening my phone.
