Refusing to payback my Money

<p>I have yet to receive my refund from telkom and its been well over a month all I get are reference numbers and nothing happens , so they have basically ****** money from my bank account and I have not received any product or servise from telkom mobile. I need urgent assistance to file a case of *****/theft against Telkom mobile Sales (telephonic sales). I have now had enough , YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND I WANT IT BACK ITS THAT SIMPLE!!!!!</p>
