I have just relocated to Newclare and I requested my service with TELKOM to be transferred and refusing to come and do the installation under condition that NEWCLARE IS A HIGH RISK AREA and they are not sending their TECHNICIANS to that area, MY TELKOM ORDER NUMBER IS ********** 31.
