Refusing to debit

For the past three months I have been back and fourth with with this company. I have a contract with them and not in country. I had an issue with the bank. I settled my account to date every month I am calling and begging for a reinstatement on my debit order. I make online payment I’m told they will reinstate I have called and even asked my sister to call on my behalf. I used to be a happy client no longer am. A simple thing of reinstating a debit order I am chasing telkom to pay my bill I am begging them to debit me how.
