Refusing to cancel my contracts

I've been trying to cancel 3 of my mobile contracts but Telkom is ignoring me, now you handed over an account that I'm done paying messing with my credit record, what is so difficult about cancelling a damn contract? You never even call when we request for call backs, how does one cancel a contract with Telkom?
