Refusing a cash sale

Greenacres Shopping Centre, Port Elizabeth. Nokuthula Didiza...Worst service, terribly rude and unhelpful. I was told I cant buy the Samsung A30 CASH...I can only get the phone if I take a contract. They had stock, but refused to sell me the device cash! What?
