Refuses to fix pole and cable laying across road.
on 5 June 2015 I reported that a telephone pole was broken and the cable was laying on the road. I was given a reference number. Now I got a call to say that as it does not effect anyone, it is not urgent. Can I please log the fault again. Seriously? I gave my number the first time and stated that my service is freaking out every time someone drives over the cable. Are you telling me you will not fix a broken asset until it completely negatively impacts a whole street?
